3. User Accounts and Registration

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Lead Purchases and Payments

4.1 Lead Pricing

Lead prices are clearly displayed on our platform and may vary based on location, lead quality, and market conditions. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

4.3 Lead Exclusivity

Once you purchase a lead, it becomes exclusive to you and will not be sold to other contractors. However, leads may have been previously sold to other contractors before your purchase.

4.4 No Refunds Policy

All lead purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased leads except in cases of technical errors or duplicate charges, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Lead Quality and Disclaimers

5.1 Lead Verification

While we strive to provide high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee that every lead will result in a successful business transaction. Lead quality may vary based on various factors beyond our control.

5.2 Customer Contact

We provide customer contact information and conversation history as available. However, we cannot guarantee that customers will be available, responsive, or ready to proceed with services.

5.3 Lead Age

Leads may vary in age from the time of initial customer inquiry. Older leads may have reduced conversion potential, and we encourage prompt follow-up on all purchased leads.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Share, resell, or distribute purchased leads to third parties
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our platform security
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent our policies
  • Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior toward customers or other users
  • Use automated tools or bots to access or interact with our platform
  • Provide false or misleading information during registration or use

7. Intellectual Property Rights
